Not sure on the tritype, but she's absolutely a core 1. These two quotes from her backstory are very telling: "Sacrificing one’s integrity was never on the table." "Is there a right way to lead? What am I missing..?" Since 1 strives to be perfect in accordance with their own ideals, they would clearly ask themselves questions like this.. if they're doing the right thing, if they're morally good, if they are doing their job well. This is what 1 is. As for MBTI, she has a clear preference for Fe (leading function for both ESFJ and ENFJ) - evident in how much attention she pays to how others are doing. I don't see her using a lot of Te, especially not dominantly (which ENTJ would imply)
