Why don't people believe her when she says many times in her interviews that she's an introvert? After listening to several of her works and watching her interviews it is clear as day that Fe is her Parent/Creative function. Her aim is to help people understand and map out their emotions. I scratch my head 100 times over when I see people vote ENTJ. A type that does not value emotions. Nor understands them really well. PS In "Atlas of the Heart" Brene says she wants to know the entire plot and ending of a movie before watching it. This shows she is a Results type in Socionics. IEI (mbti-INFJ) is a Results type. Whereas EIE (ENFJ) is a process type. And does not want to know the ending of a book or movie. But would rather watch it from start to ending to see it unravel. Brene also makes it very clear she does not value comfort sensing (Si.) But values Se.

Casandra Brené Brown PhD, LMSW (born 1965) is a professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host. Since 2016, Brown has held the Brené Brown Endowed Chair at the University of Houston's Graduate College of Social Work. She is also a visiting professor in management at McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Brown has spent her career studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy and has authored multiple books including five New York Times best-sellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead. She also hosts the Unlocking Us podcast and her TED talk is one of the top five most viewed TED Talks in the world. Her filmed lecture, Brené Brown: The Call to Courage, debuted on Netflix in 2019.
