Yes he's charismatic, which is why some people are saying he has fe, but you can see his fi when it comes to tough decisions, like in the Eiselcross arc when he gives the order for the rangers to attack the Tomb Takers — knowing they would probably all die — to give him and his friends a better chance. It was a strategic move, sure, but I can't see an fe sacrificing others so easy for such a small chance to protect those he cares about.
