I’ve been watching jawsh live on twitch for 16 months now, and, even if that still shouldn’t be a factor guaranteeing that i’m more “right” about his type, i feel like i can give a somewhat accurate description of him. He himself said he did get an accurate mbti test by a professional; not via internet (probably for college or something); and he states that he is an INTJ and i can honestly agree after a lot of reflection and analysis. He actually is already cautious about even believing in mbti, which is fair especially given his supposed INTJ type. The confusion which i believe leads people to think he’s an INTP is, to be frank, because of the Carson videos. But we must keep in mind that in those videos he constantly had to stay up until 3 am pacific (while Carson and friends were out east) to be apart of the videos. I think it may have had such a toll (as he has also admitted) on him that he would spend time in his shadow personality, the ENTP (which could also come off as INTP, given into account that the shadow versions of a personality are not truly reflective of what the type truly is). To illustrate, Ni (dominant function of INTJ) switches to Ne (ENTP dominant function) when under great stress, and that Ne quality coupled with secondary Ti (Te in INTJ) expressed by the shadow gives off a different personality. Watch his streams and videos, and you will see that he wasn’t really being himself with his friends, at least not at 3 am. The difference is almost night and day. A passing viewer that does not know him may think he’s shallow and stuck on the sensory in his streams, but at a closer view, it’s his dominant Ni (drive towards a singular goal) combined with his way of stating things as they are (Te) that pop out a lot during his streams. He is blunt yet intuitive; he can clearly and rapidly evaluate an idea, then communicate it concisely. He does not ignore the bigger picture, he takes it into account but still stays focused. Speaking of concision, sorry for the huge ramble that likely is muddy and unclear :/
