He does not place nearly that much weight into morals. Absolutely not a Fi dom. You guys just can't equate every character with depression to a Fi dom. His inf Fe is all over the place with his insecurities and lack of confidence when trying to talk to people. As a matter of fact, his whole character arc is about him improving his inferior Fe. Do you guys remember his opening scene with the producer? His constant tangents on his intentions with the book just REEKS of Ti dom. You can clearly see his internalized logic for writing that he fails to translate to the producer. Plus, every time he gets a burst of inspiration to try and write his screenplay it comes in the shape of a Ti/Ne loop. Hell, ALL of his ramblings are constant Ti/Ne looping. Clear INTP to me.
Biografi
Self-loathing screenwriter Charlie Kaufman is hired to write the screenplay adaptation of Susan Orlean's The Orchid Thief. He struggles with anxiety, social phobia, depression, and low self-esteem. His twin brother, Donald, has moved into his house and is freeloading there. Donald decides to become a screenwriter like Charlie and attends seminars by screenwriting guru Robert McKee. Charlie, who rejects formulaic scriptwriting, wants to ensure that his script is a faithful adaptation of The Orchid Thief but comes to feel that the book does not have a usable narrative and is impossible to turn into a film,
