Very much an e6. They win voters by playing on their fears of the unknown, trying to convince them of the dangers of change to make them feel that if they want to keep their lives the way they are, they must vote for them. Dems on the other hand are very much e3 - they promise to bring out the changes others want, and know how to play to the desires of groups (very good at reading peoples' aspirations). However, they do this so far that they're willing to sell themselves to the point that they offer more change and more improvements than they ever realistically could. Both are ESTJs in my opinion, but they have different motivations and slightly different fronts (Reps a more aggressive and combative Te while Dems a more manipulative and sweet-talking Te). Dems aren't ESFJs though, even though they have a great impression of Fe, because they aren't concerned with social harmony, social norms, or empathy. They simply play that role to hide their true interest of more donation dollars and votes (Te).
