As an INFJ I identify the most with the monk, especially with the mercy subclass. Most INFJs are spiritual people but not in a common religion way like the clerics (ISFJ) or a pagan way like the druids(INFP). We want to do good but we are also capable of harm to protect our peace, or justice. About Si, in my opinion discipline doesn't have anything to do with Si. The last letter, the J, shows that INFJs are people who like to have a schedule and structure in their life, not like INFP, ENFP, INTP etc. In real life monks oftenly choose to deny or put their bodies' needs after their spiritual needs. To them disicpline comes in form of adherence to spiritual practice. To do the things they believe in and be satisfied. Lastly, why its iNfj and not iSfj it's because monks draw their powers from within, so they are guided by their inner intuition, not the outer rules or religious systems, like clerics (ISFJ), who, I believe, are more conformists. Monks create their own religious/spiritual system based on their own values and their goal is to act according to what THEY think it's right, while clerics enter a pre-created system and act according to that system.
