He uses ti and fe a lot. Him being logical, reasoning & caring towards Mash and Gudao/Gudako throughout the game really reminds me of INFJ's calm manners and the ni leadership is pretty much obvious, he guides them in a calm tone and not in a domineering way a ni-te user would do. Even INTP votes makes sense but I can't catch the ne either and I don't think he's fe inferior, he's not struggling to understand people or in some kind of fe grip nor he's annoyed by the feelings of others. He's not ti inferior so fe dom wouldnt makes sense either therefore INFJ.
