Ok ok I get that Se vs Ne is very confusing for Shell,it really is,but I think that now I can confidently say that he is more Ne than Se. Both Ne and Se can appear reckless,however, inf Si really does make much more sense for Shell for a number of reasons. A think that characterizes Shell's character is rejection of past norms.He is also not affected much by his environment (which would be more characteristic of Se) and rather pursues different ideas than the majority of people,and that fact alone indicates he has a higher intuition function.He also isn't bad at making connections (we can see this in the first couple of chapters when he noticed One was different, and when he made another connection about the slums).He isn't about living in the moment as much as seeing things in a new light.
