What do you think of sx/sp 6w7 for Marty ? I don't really see him as E7 because I'm not sure Marty rely much on self-confidence (typically, if we are smart enough, why couldn't we do it ?), I see him as 3V and 4L. Instead, it seems to me that Marty relies much on the opinion and appreciation of others (like Doc or Jennifer) to feel secured with himself. Unlike his father in the first movie, Marty is much of a counter-phobic person. His bravery is at the same time his greatest quality, and yet it puts him in serious dangers. He is usually a nice guy as long people treat him well, but become very aggressive against bullies like Biff. One of Marty's worst fear is to be seen as weak or easely-scared (calling him a chicken is an attack against his pride), and yet acts the strong to not be seen as weak, to the point he openly defies Biff's grandfather. All of this also make me think he has a 8 fix, instead of a 9 fix (though I can see integration into 9). However, I assume Marty second instinct would be self-preservation (warmth). Marty always litsen to the people he trust the most (especially Doc), consider they have a better understanding of the global situation and then takes a subordinate position to face the situation in the best possible way. (Marty PY varients are likely EFVL 4143)

Martin Seamus "Marty" McFly Sr. (born June 12, 1968) is the world's second time traveler (after Einstein), the first to travel to the past, and the first human to travel through time. He was also a high school student at Hill Valley High School in 1985. He is best friends with Dr. Emmett Brown, who unveiled his first working invention to him.
