If he was INTP, his Fe would have been very well developed. Of course he is an older man but I still see him having inf Si. He usually rejects that function: he only became a warrior to take on more research of titans out of curiousity and that one time he to the risk of being sent to paradis by taking off his armband just to be with his Marleyan Wife and son. His interactions with Zeke, indicate a stronger Fe than Si. Yes his Fe is well developed and I wouldn't consider it the inferior function.
