Y’all get it wrong I think. Before everything, totalitarianism is based on a will to transform society (thus huge impact on others, definitely Te/Fe> Ti/Fi) to make society fit into an idealized vision whose leader has seen and is convinced of. This is clearly Ni. I’ll add that contrary to authoritarianism, totalitarianism longs to control not only the public sphere, but also the private one, by having a control over their mind, their beliefs. It’s too abstract and useless overall fir Si, while it definitely fits an unhealthy Ni user. I’d go with ENTJ, and even ENFJ would fit better than ESTJ imo
