She's extremely manipulative and obviously understands people very well very quickly, however every action & choice she makes, all her motivations are SO Te. She's overwhelmingly cold and calculated. I also think her appeals to efficiency and organization is one of the reason she's able to control Vivian so easily. They operate in a similar way, but clearly Hope is on a whole other level than Viv. Also definitely 3 over 1. She may have initially come off as someone driven by her own principles (the way she was marketed certainly gave that impression) but it's clear that she doesn't truly care about principles and is more the type of person who will do anything to succeed. Like when it comes to teaching the abstinence stuff or the shame signs. She's not really doing it because it's what she thinks is right, it's just what will get her in the good graces of her superiors. She bends and abuses rules to make them work for her.
