I’m not gonna make a huge argument about this as others have already explained it nicely with points like gautiercrest so take what I say with a grain of salt. He’s the great example of a healthy ESTP who utilizes his Fe for others lesser experienced in that field for their growth and what he has gained + learned on the subject (Ti) since then to help for the "now" of what he sees happening. Feeling the need to act and on towards potential (Se)! I love him a lot. I don’t think him being a ENFJ is necessarily as plausible as ESTP. While Joe definitely uses Fe for his benefit and more so for people around him.. how it just comes, easy in social cues/groups and his natural charm and wits + understanding to other people’s emotions and how that would hurt from a outside perspective. I think as a ENFJ he would be a lot more concerned about the conflict that comes thus a harder time taking sides between others but Joe doesn’t really fall on that unless it’s deemed necessary for the best external choice as he relies a lot on his Ti. This comes to Adam, he goes for what side makes better sense and not just BS. He even tries to go towards Adam because he is literally staggering in that whole aspect of it.

In "S", he seems to be a playboy who likes to charm and have fun with many women. Despite his aura of hostility towards Cherry Blossom, they are good friends; who has the upmost trust in each other and their abilities. Kojiro is extremely loyal to Kaoru and likewise for Kaoru.
