I think they are way more Ne than Ni, variety of projects and styles that give directors freedom to show their creativity, predilection for comedy and weird humor that relates with Ne/Ti, and a tendency of adapting works by Ti/Ne users like Kumeta and Nisio Isin and interpreting their introverted ideas through communication, which is quite literally what Ne users do.
