The way he created 4 different personas for the rappers in his young label shows his highly strategic, but at the same time very efficiency oriented mind. The label took over the German music scene in the early 2000s and all his artists went on to become highly successful. The way he combined various elements of German history into the marvellous Deutschland music video for the Berlin based industrial metal band Rammstein, shows his well developed Ni. As so often with Ni driven work, it has been misinterpreted in many ways, with insinuations ranging from Nazism to holocaust denial. He has a clear idea where he wants to go with his work, but he oftentimes burns his bridges and therefor fails to build an empire on his past successes. His Fi value system is mainly set in an HipHop ideology, something that Te doms often do. They attach themselves to somebody elses ideas on morality, so that they don't have to dig deep inside to come up with their own. The ideas they follow oftentimes stem from double deciders like Marx, Freud or Ayn Rand. In his career he ran into a lot of trouble by underestimating the Fe standards by which society judges artistic endeavors. Certain things are acceptable, while others aren't. He comes off as very private, arrogant and aloof, which is also very common among ENTJs. He's one of the only true artists currently working in the German film industry. The rest is just a bunch of scared little b'tches who don't take any risks. I really like the guy and want to see more of his work.
