I feel like this guy has more of a balance of thinking and feeling sides rather than a dominant thinking side. He definitely has Ni, and his preference to be on the technical staff working as a football director or a manager of sport and development, working on a clear long-term goal from behind the scenes rather than executing his plans directly in the spotlight shows that he is an Ni dom. He seems to be more Fe-Ti though than Te-Fi. First of all, his logical framework seems more like Ti than Te, and it's very specific, precise, deep and clear. The first thing he did when he joined Man Utd was appoint the club's first sports psychologist in over two decades, and he deemed it absolutely logical and necessary if the club wants to succeed in the future. That's clear Ni-Ti influenced by Fe. A Te user for example wouldn't necessarily think of that. Finally, the players said that he likes to sit down with each and every one of them, get to know them first on a deeper level, then explain to each one of them individually his ideas and what he wants from them. They described him as being very clear, thorough and precise in what he wants. This right here is clear Fe-Ti, which leads me to believe he is an INFJ. I might go with INTJ as well, if there is a strong argument for Te-Fi, but I don't beleive he is a Te dom.
