I think it makes sense for the story that she is ISTP, Kafuku being an INTJ impressed by her high-ish Se. When she is asked to drive him wherever she wants, she decides to drive him to the dumpster (a place she personally appreciates because it reminds her of the snow from her hometown - high Ti low Fe). She shows high assertiveness when being asked a question, not showing any signs of caution (high Ti). She can propose and face problems easily (how to convince Kafuku to drive his car, where to go to find a quiet place, ...). Maybe I am ignoring her past. I think she could be ISTP regardless of that, but I don't know.
