I do sense Fe from him but it can't be dom. When he first Recruited David, he wanted to know if he would be useful or not. and also, sine he's type 8w7, their weakness is "Lacking sensitivity to the feelings of others" Also I don't think he's Te dom because people with Se are more focused in the external environment, like how they can work there way around tough situations like what Maine does. And he showed Fe during his last moments with David.
