Here's why I think Moonjo is not an INFJ: Manipulating is not only a characteristic of Fe users and Moonjo doesn’t even have a good Fe. At all. He charmed the policewoman because of his looks, not because of his "manipulation", "persuation techniques", he puts on a façade of a good guy only when it's convenient to achieve his goals. When it's not convenient, he discards it (like he didn't care to participate in that volunteering thing, which would have been useful for a Fe user because it would have helped maintain the façade, but Moonjo couldn't care less). Additionally, many times Moonjo actually gives off an uncanny and creepy vibe, when the policewoman stopped gushing about his looks, she could notice how creepy he was and started suspecting him. He was also creepy with Ji Eun and she didn't trust him at all. A high Fe user would have managed to maintain them charmed for longer. Also remember when Moonjo called Jaeho disgusting and made all that scene in a public restaurant? Yeah, a high Fe user wouldn't operate like that. The fact that he controls the people from the residence doesn’t make him a high Fe user either, he controls them through fear and tyranny, not through persuasion like a Fe user would. Moonjo has no Fe at all.
