Personalità

"Che tipo di personalità è Shaykh Hamza Yusuf? Shaykh Hamza Yusuf è un tipo di personalità in mbti, 5w6 - - 926 in enneagram, RCOAI in big 5, in socionics."

My impression of him is that he is a very well-read person, and he himself is in fact aware that he is compelled to be as such. This attitude reminds me of another present-day Islamic scholar Shaykh Abdul Hakim Muraad whom I also happen to type as INTJ. The amount of resources that he cites whenever he speaks is incredible. Shaykh Hamza also happens to be a man who pays a lot of care and respect for the knowledge of other intellectuals. He doesn't form his own in-depth objective judgments as much as he jumps from the words of one thinker to another. This is often displayed as a major characteristic of a person who uses Te as one of the functions in their primary mode of cognition. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6XfkjxldDI Besides the abundance of Te, he was zooming in and out to many different parts of the world as he was speaking. The Sensing part of his cognition was observed at glance, untouched, left as a pure element, but quickly included in the cognition amongst many other same kind of element. There were indeed a lot of Se, but actually it makes more sense to see the cognition as an Perceiving-dom kind. What happened was that there were many flicks between Ni-dom and Se-dom mode, which in this case is the INTJ-ESFP, resulting in the argument putting quite an emphasis on "There is this," "There is that," and "What it really is" sort of statements. Very much expected to happen, not at all surprising. On a side note I'm honestly impressed by Shaykh Hamza. Not just as a Muslim intellectual, but as a man in general. Very intelligent, articulate, and elegant. A role model for many in today's society where eloquence and courtesy are starting to be regarded as obsolescence rather than beauty.
