After watching his video on taking a personality test, his Te is powerful. Absolutely no doubt about it. He likes to plan things out to the details, he's considered as the "dad" of the group and he's logically-inclined. The interesting thing to me is that on the abstract/practical questions he struggled quite a bit, generally slightly agreeing with practicality. That to me and his ability to come with interesting video ideas might point to some intuitive power. I don't think he's primarily abstract-minded, though. He comes across like an introvert because he's not the most talkative, but says he finds it easy to strike up conversations and introduce himself. This is one of the harder ones to determine because he's a 30 year-old, he should be more balanced in his personality at this point. The only other thing I can think of to clarify this is his Ne/Fi placement. It's a tricky one. I personally think he places his creativity a bit higher than a ISTJ like vikk would. When vikk gets stressed, he tends to go deep in existential thought which points to Ne to me. I don't see the same in Josh, rather I see more capable handling of Ne. This can only point to an ESTJ. I'd love to hear other perspectives.
