the sheer te in this guy is literally demonic. istg, he literally said during "How to Beat Maze Runner" that he was glad the previous leaders were sacrificing themselves in the start of the movie because then the main character could take advantage of that situation and become the new leader, and cursed MC out when he tried saving them. He also says that it's more important to figure a way out of the situation rather than to figure out why it's happening, and is mainly focused on prioritization, showing that he prefers Te>Ti. And, tbh, I honestly don't think this guy is a se user, because he is all about organizing a frame of general and highly specific knowledge to details about a certain situation, both before the event in the movie and after, suggesting strong Si.
