Biografia
A useless, hypocritical individual who at some point became the mayor. Even during Megamind’s “takeover”, he did nothing to stop the villain and rather left everything to the superpowered beings to the point of blindly thanking the lately-created Tighten, before the latter flicks him meters away (his only contribution LOL). He was later reported and replaced by Roxanne, who finally fed up with his incompetence.
