Haley is absolutely a so3. I think she has a strong 1 fix too, because she definitely values perfection and doing the right thing and a maybe a so7 or so6 fix as well. But she is definitely more concerned with the appearance of perfection and the praise and validation she receives from it. It's funny because growing up, I sometimes found her annoying but I heavily related to her as a child, being the younger of two siblings and an academic, and all-around, perfectionist at a young age who thrived on external validation as a gifted and good girl. As for her MBTI, I'm not as sure. I can see some Ne in her at times, but I don't think her Fi is high enough to be Aux. I typed her as an ENTJ, because I think she does use Te more than other functions, including Fi, but I could honestly see her being either ENTJ or ESTJ.
