Her dominant Fi can be most clearly seen in Season 1 Episode 8. Her elder sister, Eli, had just finished giving an unsavory speech. Alisa was really hurt by Eli's speech as she felt that Eli was selling out her morals and not staying true to herself (indicating strong Fi from Alisa). She was the only one out of everyone in the auditorium who heard Eli's speech who dared to scold Eli for her speech being unsavory and distasteful. She did not mince her words at all when speaking to Eli and instead let Eli know exactly how hurt she felt about the speech. Her Fi can also be clearly seen in other episodes and side stories, where she advocates to members of Muse (such as Umi and Honoka) to stay true to themselves no matter what. While secondary Se is also possible, I believe Alisa has secondary Ne --- this is most prominent in Episode 12, where Alisa makes known her intentions of applying to Otonokizaka. Look how happy she looks when she discusses all the future possibilities of her life at Otonokizaka. Her mind definitely seems to be rapidly jumping from idea to idea during the scene where she discusses Otonokizaka, indicating she has secondary Ne rather than secondary Se.
