Definitely introverted and I see Ti-Ne in the way he firsts understands a principle or concept then considers all the possibilities of its consequences and other people’s views. The way he’s quite polite and caring could be seen as Fe but I think it’s inferior as his main way of displaying that is through learning knowledge on what will help and helping spread that rather than getting directly involved like he did during the high of the BLM movement. 9w1 because generally his response videos to stuff are usually always primarily giving merit to the opposers idea then softly presenting his own, which to me seems like a want to avoid conflict, however still wants to spread accurate information that doesn’t mislead people in the fitness community hence wing 1. That said I could definitely see enneagram 5w6 to with the amount of time he consistently spends researching a variety of different subjects just to learn them, with the wing 6 wanting security in not pissing off other people.

As a graduate with a Bachelor in Biochemistry from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Jeff started his YouTube channel with the aim of providing full insight into drug-free bodybuilding. His inspiration for starting a Science-based and Informative Channel on YouTube was derived from close working with professionals and people who derive joy from living a healthy life the science building muscle and losing fat.
