Don't see a bit of Si. This guy screams ENTJ charisma. Has the Te skills to understand exactly how to manipulate people's thoughts and perceptions to his benefit and also has the vision to apply it in a more dynamic way. ESTJs aren't as charismatic because Si sets patterns that they can't sway from. So even though they are more skilled at understanding others thoughts and weighing what thoughts to rely on, they don't have the instinct (Ne parent) and adaptability (Se child) to tap into it fully.
