azusa is an ISTJ (Si-Te-Fi-Ne) instead of an ESTJ (Te-Si-Ne-Fi). she is also 1w2 instead of 1w9. we can see that she is constently using her Si because she fonds confort in what she already knows. which is why first she wanted to join the jazz club, because she was already knowledgeable in the subject and wanted to stay in a "safe area". we can see the use lf Te because she is goal-oriented, she is the one who always motivates the most the group because she knows that in the end their effort means something. she is also someone who always thinks of the consequences of her acts or those of her surrondings. she cant be ESTJ because we can see more of her Fi than Ne, her Fi manifest by the fact that she mostly follows her own instincts, and her own wants. we can also see Inferior Ne because she catastrophize events that could happen. she is 1w2 instead of 1w9 because 1w2 is more about perfectionism and more action-oriented. while 1w9 is more with-drawn, and more into inner-peace.
