I don't remember anime but I'm reading light novel right now - after year Otto becomes literally something like advocate of group, does everything for them and is planning things as well. It is also described there that he has good "intuition". Like, there were moments in which Otto always know Subaru's or Garfiel's intentions in many situations and quickly stop them. He knew what will be effect of any action in future, because he lives long as merchant (Ni). We can also spot how Otto reacts in stress - by alcohol (inf Se). Why Fi exactly? I think it's hard to say if he has Fe or Fi but I'm interested in your perspective. I think he is social 6 because he is somewhat sucker for social rules. He often says about those to everyone around and easily gets into stress, is fearfull (fear triad). But I'm open for another enneagram arguments.
Biografia
