In Richard I see a strong conflict between Te anf Fi. He loves tools of any kind, which is a strong indication for Te. What is also very important to him is his Fi authenticity in his music, but he's willing to let it slide, if something just Te works better. It's not like he isn't aware of what he likes and doesn't like. His Fi is still very strong, but the way Rammstein came to be lets me think that it's not his child function. People told him from the get go that a band with german lyrics won't make it in the international market. Instead of learning english in order to fit what works, like an INTJ would do to to reach his Ni vision, he said, "well that's what we got". He saw what was Se available to him and made it Te work. An INTJ would have probably withdrawn and tried to come up with something very elegant. Not Rammstein...
