Neo is a side character in Dog Nigga/Dog Ningen. He was first seen as an assassin trying to eliminate Rex. But after a rough battle Rex and Neo made it good and Neo became Rex's first friend. Neo was forced by his father who is an assassin to become an assassin. Neo has a talent for art which his dad hated and treated him very badly for.
