So I'm doing this based on the cognitive functions I can see at the time I'm writing this So MBTI shows how someone processes the information they get, not necessarily their personality itself. So Claire is bullied - she doesn't really tell anyone it seems when she wants it to stop, and maybe Basics In Behaviour could explain that. She can't tell her the teachers of those classes because they're evil and don't care. Claire, regardless of how difficult and unfair her environment is, still wants to just get on with the work and try to live her life as a normal student. Again, Basics In Behaviour may support this as the lyrics come from a student who just wants to get through it. Se/Ni or Si/Ne Si and Ne is more referring to what you know above what's being shown to you as the facts, and Ne is making ideas out of the information you know yourself to then apply it to the outside world. But with Claire's case, it looks like she is just using knowledge from the outside (e.g. the teachers don't care) to make a conclusion (I should not tell on the bullies to them). If it was Si/Ne, she would more likely tell the teachers I think, because she'd think "they're teachers, it's their job to handle bullies" ---> "So if I tell them, they'll stop it" despite the situation telling her otherwise about the evil teachers' real intentions. Fe/Ti or Fi/Te Fi and Te is when you refer to your own feelings on a matter instead of others' feelings on it, and Te is where you organise, make structure, and make results. Fe is caring about others' feelings on something over your own, and Ti is where you are trying to connect logic with what information you get, and trying to make sense of it. This is pretty tricky to do for Claire. On one hand, she likes the library (very Ti) which could make her Ti/Fe. On the other hand, she isn't that emotionally expressive, which is an Fi characteristic. And being a Te would make her want to just get through the day and finish school. I'm going to say Fe/Ti is her functions, just because if she was Fi, she would definitely have an issue with her bullies for her morality would matter way beyond the peace of others at the school. But let me know if you think otherwise!! Now, 4 types have the 4 functions - INFJ, ENFJ, ISTP, ESTP. But the functions are all in different orders for them, and they have different functions at the inferior spot. I like to tell which based on the supposed inferior function. Inferior Ti (ENFJ) - You can be very critical of yourself at worst. Inferior Se (INFJ) - You can overindulge in comfort at worst. Inferior Ni (ESTP) - You can be too watchful for patterns in things even when it's a stretch. Inferior Fe (ISTP) - You can worry too much whether people like you. Claire feels like an ISTP the most because of my theory on her just not saying much about her feelings to keep the peace or being uncomfortable doing so. She also seems like an ISTP quite a bit with their attitude of "just do it".
