You can’t be anxious of socializing if you don’t socialize, also you can choose who to be around you have rights and they do, they can’t judge you if they are gone, I ignore people so im not really bothered by it, cuz it cant affect you if you don’t let it, like enjoy your life and they enjoy theres just focus on yourself , idk how helpful this is- my point is im giving tips to be less socially anxious or like ideas you could remaster
