Biografia
Gine is a Saiyan woman and is the wife of Bardock and the mother of Raditz and Kakarot (who would go on to be known by his Earth name 'Son Goku'). Unlike most other Saiyans, Gine is shown to be averse to all the fighting and violence and seems to prefers a more "tranquil and slower" life for herself. It is implied that a big part of Goku (and his sons Gohan and Goten)'s soft nature and kind-heartedness stems from Gine's own personality. She is shown to love her son dearly (uncharacteristic of Saiyans, who are rough and hard-hearted and see their children as tools of expansion and conquest), reluctantly sending him away to the resource-rich planet Earth with teary eyes, after her husband received a hunch of something bad awaiting to happen to their home planet.
