Oscar Viper is the Ophiuchus character, hence the 13th zodiac sign, he's basically a mischievous trouble maker in stars' school, who liked to prank on others and is a total trickster, but after all he's not all bad, he's just naughty ; he's usually depicted in a quite antagonistic light in my series, or in another word he can also be depicted as a side character who's also a comic relief character, his character is kinda similar to Sir Pentious from Hazbin, they got very similar personalities and character arc, plus both are humanoid snakes, lol. Oscar is technically a Saggitarius cause his birthday falls on late November.
