setting aside the fact that he's the most hated character in this series (by the popular vote), he is unbelievably smart, you can't deny that I don't personally hate or dislike him, but, I am pretty fond of his intelligence. *IMPLIED SPOILERS* Almost every single time that Takemichy time leapt back to the present, there was a problem regarding with Kisaki's doing. If you think about it, it just shows that no matter what change in the past, Kisaki found a loophole around it, still achieving what he wanted to.
