He is an obvious control freak (just as dick points out when he quits pretty well) and a pragmetic that is obsessed with his childhood trauma and puts it as a never changing stubborn moral code to justify his every crime fighting action. He isnt doing it because he is trying to fit in to society with his tribe mentality or trying to help people because of their feelings or because he has a deep emphaty for the innocent and always shares this feelings with people, he does it because he is trying to make a place where a 10 yo kid doesnt lost his parents, its pretty fi. Seriously, when did you ever see batman sharing his feelings exept when he has no other choice and when he explodes all of his emotions at the same time? Him crying in his parents grave for the guilt of dissopointing his parents? Is that fe in any kind of way? The dude has a child fi, in a literal sense.

Biografia

Batman, otherwise known as Bruce Wayne, is a Gotham City vigilante who rose up to fight gangsters, insane criminals, and eventually even alternate universe despots, metahuman threats, and intergalactic tyrants in the DCAU. Batman is the least changed character in the DCAU from his comic book counterpart; he generally has the same origin via the fact that his parents were shot dead after the three of them went to see a movie and he decides to avenge them by becoming the vigilante Batman, complete with a Batmobile and a handy utility belt. He is also notable for being an amalgam of the Golden Age, Silver Age, and Bronze Age versions of the character. He's dark and brooding, but also an excellent parental substitute and even gets a few witty one-liners (as well as being caught in the occasional death trap). He's the closest to being the protagonist of the entire DCAU more than any other character, and experiences complex character development from an inexperienced but kind crime fighter to a more driven and brooding loner. As a member of the Justice League, he preferred to work alone and from the shadows. Nonetheless, he has a vested interest in the group's activities (as it is Bruce Wayne's finances that paid for their Watchtower headquarters and Javelin ship) in addition to still being capable of fighting against villains. Sometime in the future, Bruce's declining health would eventually force his retirement from the mantle of Batman. Twenty years after his retirement, he would eventually pass down the mantle to Terry McGinnis, working with him as his mentor to protect the future Gotham as Bruce once did.
