As opposed to the Strategist, who is concerned with consequences for themselves, Tacticians adopt a prophet role by warning others about the results of their behaviour. They're more attuned to the near future than the far future. Tacticians tolerate ignorance of the future better than the Strategist. Of course, their patience isn't infinite, but they understand why one would be blind to consequences. Furthermore, they're more flexible regarding possibilities. Strategists tend to strongly believe in specific outcomes, whereas Tacticians acknowledge that there are multiple outcomes and that one cannot say which will certainly be realised. It could be said that Strategists are fatalistic while Tacticians aren't, believing that all events can be manipulated in order to provide a desired outcome. Processuality makes them want to work with others to establish that future, with them becoming irritated when others don't share their enthusiasm.
