Yeah this dude's an obvious Ni-Te user. As typical with INTJs, once he settles on a side, it is very hard for him to change mindsets, as showcased throughout the entire 3 seasons. His Ni is what makes him so shrewd in analyzing and assessing the vulnerabilities of people, as well as foreseeing outcomes. Just like Doctor Doom, he is so hyper-focused on one vision and completely dismisses all other viewpoints. His Fe blindspot is so atrocious in his zero sense of sympathy and empathy towards others. And the very little Fi he has is being used to fuel his Ni vision (Ni-Fi loop). If one thing is clear though, it's that Grant Ward is a quintessential high-functioning psychopath.
