There's a lot of Tert-Ne in his lines, he weaves his words very well, and very quickly. His motivations in Curse of the Black Pearl, At World's End and On Stranger Tides were all Aux-Si/Critic Se based. In movies 1-3 he wants to undo previous mistakes, whether that be being cursed by Aztec gold that makes him immortal but dulls some of his senses (Se) or freeing Calypso so she'll govern the seas such that the East India Trading Company has a hard time policing them; e.g. go back to what things once were, the "good old days". In On Stranger Tides he's a privateer which in that context basically meant he could go be a pirate, loot and raid non-British targets. All this is a big Te charade that he does in order to carry out his Fi desire for revenge against Blackbeard.
