Se dom is obvious, nobody would argue about that for sure but he definetly is not an ESTP. I see absolutely no instance of him using Fe, in fact his value system is completely indepdent of any social norms anyone tries to impose upon him and he shows this time and time again, both at home and especially in the funreal scene where he directly challenges the "community values" and the illusion of an idyllic family-like town. I think his Te manifests in his ability to quickly put in practice any plans or generally whatever his is up to and I don't really see any rational frameworks of Ti anywhere either.

He was Laura Palmer's boyfriend. His father is Major Garland Briggs, a member of the U.S. military, with whom he has an uneasy relationship. Bobby later becomes a deputy in the Twin Peaks sheriff's department, a position he assumes by 2014. #DanaAshbrook
