I agree that he is an ESTJ in other shows, but I think he is more of an ENTJ here. His plot to get rid of Mickey, Donald and Goofy is more of auxiliary introverted intuition. He knew that they will be easy to get rid of, so he appointed them as musketeers. But they turned out to be hard to get rid of, so he plotted to get rid of them one by one. This is clearly aux Ni. His plot to overthrow Minnie and become the King also shows auxiliary introverted intuition. I don't see introverted sensing in him, so ENTJ.
