Doesn't really have much Se unless you account for impulsiveness which isn't really Se He's obviously strict and orderly, wants everything to be exactly how he thinks it should be and gets furious if it isn't. That shows strong Te but also some Si in how he enforces the order. He doesn't have the Se-Ti, or even less Se-Fe, spontaneity and ability to adapt, quite literally the opposite. The ending also shows a strong case for inferior Fi, he has strong feelings towards right and wrong but uses them in an unhealthy and immature way, potentially up to the ending I'd guess most ESTP voters get stuck on his violent impulses, which I'd say is more unhealthy 8w7
