Personally I don't see how Jules can be an Si dom at all. From the very start, even before she fell in love with Cal, she was resisting her family's history, wanting to be a normal girl, have a normal life, etc. Unlike Cal, who definitely uses Si, and took more convincing to slowly accept her love for Jules and by extension, her rebellion against her family and tradition (but ultimately chose her family in the end). I feel like Jules is definitely Fi>Si because she stays true to her own personal values and truths, and seemed to choose her love over her family at every turn. Just to be clear, I'm still learning about functions so I'm not 100% on this. It's just a rough idea.
