Biografia
He is the creation of a professor of the same name, who died some time after Victor's birth. Victor, not understanding the concept of death, thought that the professor was ignoring him, and decided that the best way for the professor to acknowledge him was to become the strongest being in the world. That failed, but that didn't matter since he had met his "older" sister, the prototype Emily, and she became his new focus. Emily wasn't supposed to be functioning, due to her time-limited power problems, but Victor's self-generating electricity leaked enough power for her to be constantly activated. Afterward, they lived in peace for a time... ... until Emily suddenly stopped functioning from the strain of living for a longer amount of time than she was supposed to. When the Majigen appears, Victor decides that in order to bring her to life, he must gather the wandering souls and inject their spiritual energies into Emily.
