Arghh the anime didn't give me enough data for me to conclude what is her MBTI TvT. So rn I'm still reading the manga and I think it's all pretty clear she's an sx 8 day and through and I think we all agree with that so I'm not gonna make an argument for that. Idk where the ENTP votes are coming from because it's clear she doesn't have inferior Si and that she uses Se-Ni. And I don't understand why people are dismissing ISTP either just because it has Fe in it's function stack since it's clearly a good advocate too. First of all it's the inferior function of the IXTP's so naturally it's going to be the one they are the most "weakest" at and the last to prioritize when solving problems and it could be really underdeveloped in the case of Sachiko. So yeah idk yet still though so I'm still trying to figure out whether she uses Ti or Te more. But ny guesses rn are either ENTJ or ESTP or ISTP.

Sachiko Juraku (聚楽 幸子 , Juraku Sachiko) is a member of the Student Council at the Hyakkao Academy and the president of the Public Morals Committee in the spin-off series Kakegurui Twin. Juraku is feared for her ruthless behavior, and despite being a member of the Student Council she is entertained by the prospect of seeing Kirari Momobami's downfall.
