It like h knows that if he looks and seems nice he will get what he wants in return. Whereas E7 will be more straight forward and manipulate by giving different ideas about what the other person can get in return. Now E7 can still use flattery to get what they want but will use that only to make them look MORE charming cuz they know that the charming they look the better the E7 will get what they want easier while E2 thinks they just have to be cute nice, shy, and friendly.
