i guess we are never really going to know mugman’s “FULL” personality until s3 since it has extremely changed from s1 with him having his emotions bottled up inside and just being ordinary mugman to him completely going ballistic in s2 and probably having one of the most relatable villain arcs of all time since mugman always has some type of revenge in him but cuphead always seems to have his mind changed almost like guilt-tripping his own brother into making decisions (for the good or bad) more seen in s2 in s3 mugman will have more chances to actually make his own decisions and we will get to see what he actually does without cuphead’s influences put onto him and he might just go completely insane “his real personality he bottled up inside”
