Methinks she is sx7. She possesses many traits of the sx7, such as being overly talkative and wearing gaudy clothes and makeup. She presents herself in a very in-your-face way, which is typical of the sx7 as they desire attention. To me, it seems like she idealizes Effy to an extent, and while others in the show do this as well, the way Effy directs Pandora's choices (such as telling Pandora not to take Thomas back after he cheated on her) shows Pandora's suggestibility. Furthermore, her traits of obliviousness, selfishness, impulsiveness, childishness, and optimism really makes it seem to me that she fits the bill for sx7. She seems to check all the boxes.
